Kelum Chamara Wedding and Portrait photography—fresh, modern, photojournalistic style  serves Colombo and beyond. With a background in painting, I create artistic photos using light, location, and mood—capturing your moments that tell your story. Keeping it real, but also real pretty!

I haven’t swash-buckled with pirates, nor have I swam the English Channel. I haven’t even been to Antarctica. But I have travelled to many far-way places, created a lot of still and moving pictures for myself and others. And I’ve made it my life’s goal to be as creative as possible towards everything I endeavor.

It all started from an advice given by my father who is also my teacher about weddings. He always told me that a wedding is one of the greatest events that every couple looks into. As it happens once in a lifetime, most couples desire to make it more momentous and unforgettable. From finding the venue, shopping for the wedding dress, preparing invitations, to booking a photographer and videographer – all should be a top priority. But obviously, photography and videography are one of the most suitable and effective ways to capture those precious moments. So I decided to make memories through photographs.

We will approach and completely cover all Weddings, Pre-shoots and other casual events in Colombo and suburbs using the latest technology with attractive filters.
